Support Plan
To ensure service users’ daily needs are adequately met, support plans will be developed in partnership with the service user and all the people who are important to each person. The support plan details what work will be done together to reach the specified and agreed goals and highlight to staff what to do as well as how to do it, in the way the individual chooses.

Our staff team are very skilled in supporting service user’s and our management team consists of individuals who have clear ideas about the ideology of our company and its ethos.
We strive to continually improve our service and performance and we achieve this by employing, developing, training, and retaining our employees of the highest calibre.
These employees in turn deliver the highest standard of support to our service users. Thus enabling them to achieve their maximum potential, where they can contribute to the communities in which they choose to live and work.
Staffing levels and hours vary according to the needs of the service users. There is always staff available 24 hours a day.
Each service user has a key-worker whose role is to co-ordinate the service users’ individual support plan, ensuring that each service user’s needs are understood and appropriate support offered. Service users are consulted to ensure they feel comfortable with their key-worker.
