Suitable arrangements for the provision of medical treatment are made.  This includes encouraging, supporting, prompting and escorting service users to attend regular check-ups at opticians, dentists, chiropodists etc as required. Service users are supported to register with a local GP and are given a choice of GP where possible to do so.
